1. Samples Policy

Samples are available for purchase, subject to availability. Products below R30.00 (excl. VAT) are non-refundable. Products above R30.00 (excl. VAT) may be returned within 5 working days, subject to approval. Electronic items such as memory sticks are non-returnable. Approved refunds are processed via EFT.

2. Branding & Artwork

Clients are responsible for supplying correct artwork. Branding commences only after full payment and written artwork approval. Delivery timelines begin after payment clearance and artwork approval.

3.  Artwork Fees

Correct artwork: no charge.

Redrawing: R200 excl. VAT (includes two changes).

Additional changes: R100 excl. VAT each.

Cancelled branding after layout creation: R100 excl. VAT per layout.

4. Orders & Quality Control

Goods must be checked within 48 hours of receipt. No returns once items are branded.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment required upfront.

Orders over R50,000 may require a 50% deposit.

EFT encouraged. International payments may take 4–7 working days to clear.

6. Delivery & Couriers

Third-party courier delays are not Pyrovision’s responsibility.

7.  Cancellations

Orders over R5,000 cancelled incur a 15% handling fee.

No cancellations after final artwork approval.

8. Returns

Returns only accepted with written approval within 48 hours. Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

9. General

Prices subject to change. Governed by South African law.
